2025 Grants

Post 81 American Legion Received $5,000 to complete a hard-surface parking lot, ensuring safe and accessible entry to the building for all visitors.	Golden Echoes Received $5,000 to replace its outdated wooden sign with a new, more visible marker that better represents the senior living facility.	MOCA (Missouri Ozarks Community Action, Inc.) Received $10,000 to expand its transit program, providing 5,000 miles of free, reliable transportation for residents with mobility challenges, ensuring access to medical care and other essential services
All Aboard Learning Center Was awarded $10,000 to replace playground wood chips with safer rubber mats and mulch, creating more secure play areas for preschoolers	Crawford County Fair Received $5,000 to extend the roof over McBride Homes Stage at Hood Park. The upgrade will improve protection from the elements and increase opportunities for future events.	Cuba Cemetery Assoc, Inc. Was awarded $5,000 to fund new fencing along Highway 66, enhancing both safety and appearance of the historic landmark.
Bourbon Economic Development Group Was awarded $10,000 to assist with Phase I of the “Route 66 Welcome Park,” which will include a dog park and walking trail to encourage tourism and community pride.

2024 Grants

Steelville Trail of Tears Remembrance Committee Received a $10,000 grant to install four interpretive panels in the Steelville Community Park to raise awareness about the Cherokee Trail of Tears through Crawford County	Power of Hope Equestrian Center Received a $10,000 grant to complete their Circle of Hope project which is aimed to create a dedicated space where clients can engage in equine assisted therapy without external distractions.	KVC Missouri Received a $10,000 grant to install a permanent shade shelter for the lake at the Meramec Adventure Ranch located in Crawford County.
Crawford County Historical Society Received a $5,000 grant to install exhibits with hands-on engagement and to update the digital displays for virtual tours of the History Museum.	Mission Gate Prison Ministry Received a $10,000 grant to remodel two large houses located at Hannah's Ranch to provide a clean, safe and comfortable environment for the residents.

2023 Grants

Life House Youth Center Life House Youth Center received a $10,000 grant to install a fence and convert a room to an older youth room.	All Aboard Learning Center All Aboard Learning Center received a $10,000 grant to replace the wood chips with rubber mulch in the toddler playground area.	Crawford County Head Start Crawford County Head Start received a $10,000 grant to purchase new playground equipment.
Steelville Arts Council Steelville Arts Council received a $5,000 grant to add a music garden to the Evans House property to honor and memorialize a local member of the community, the Singing Butcher, Timothy “Adam” Yount.	Holy Cross Catholic School and Cuba Cemetery Holy Cross School and Cuba Cemetery both received a $5,000 grant. There was a tie this year and they both agreed to split the $10,000 grant. Holy Cross will be updating their playground equipment and Cuba Cemetery will expand the hard surfaced roadway into the West Addition of Kinder Cemetery so lots can be made available to families for the burial of their loved ones.

2022 Grants

Bourbon Community Center Bourbon Community Center received a $10,000 grant to remodel their kitchen.	Viva Cuba Viva Cuba received a $5,000 grant for a new "Postcard from Cuba” mural.	Great Circle Great Circle received a $5,000 grant for equipment to provide experiential adventure learning (equestrian and lake activities).
Mission Gate Mission Gate received at $10,000 grant for playground equipment at Hannah's Ranch.	Cuba Ministerial Alliance Cuba Ministerial Alliance received a $5,000 grant to buy new computers for the clerical staff.

2021 Grants

Bourbon City Park Board Bourbon City Park Board received $5,000 for park improvements -- musical instruments near the misting pad.	Steelville Arts Council Steelville Arts Council received $10,000 to install a wheelchair ramp at the Heartland Arts Gift Shop.	Eagle Flight Ministries Eagle Flight Ministries received $15,000 to upgrade the heating/cooling system in their thrift store location.
Community Child Care Center Community Child Care Center received $5,000 to update their playground equipment and add a shade structure.

2020 Grants

Bourbon Area Community Center Bourbon Area Community Center received a $5,000 grant to put in handicapped accessible front doors.	Bourbon Park Bourbon Park received a $5,000 grant for improvements to the park.	Lifeline Pregnancy Lifeline Pregnancy received a $5,000 grant for computer upgrades for their clients.
Cuba Ministerial Alliance Cuba Ministerial Alliance received a $5,000 grant to pave the parking lot.	All Aboard Learning Center All Aboard Learning Center received a $5,000 grant for the purchase of new computers.	Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital received a $5,000 grant for an Athlete Heat Illness Prevention and Treatment program.

2019 Grants

Cuba Fire Department Cuba Fire Department received a $5,000 grant for the purpose of purchasing Ice Rescue Suits for swift water rescue.	Bourbon Park Board Bourbon Park Board received a $5,000 grant for park improvements.	All Aboard Learning Center All Aboard Learning Center received a $5,000 grant for a new security video system.
Knights of Columbus Knights of Columbus received a $7,500 grant for improvement of the ball fields.	Viva Cuba Viva Cuba received a $10,000 grant for mural maintenance.

2018 Grants

Hannah's Ranch Hannah's Ranch received a $5,000 grant for playground equipment at the ranch.	Steelville Arts Council Steelville Arts Council received a $10,000 grant to help with a new roof for the Meramec Theater.	Steelville Ambulance Steelville Ambulance received a $9,500 grant to assist with the purchase of a heart monitor for one of the ambulances.
Lifeline Pregnancy Lifeline Pregnancy received a $5,000 grant to pace the a needed parking lot and new sign.

2017 Grants

All Aboard Learning Center All Aboard Learning Center received a $5,000 grant for building maintenance and repairs.	Cuba Ministerial Alliance Cuba Ministerial Alliance received a $5,000 grant to replace their heating/cooling system.	Viva Cuba Viva Cuba received a $5,000 grant for mural maintenance.
Steelville Ministerial Alliance Food Pantry Steelville Ministerial Alliance Food Pantry received a $5,000 grant for their "Meat to Eat" program.	Eagle Flight Ministries Eagle Flight Ministries received a $5,000 grant to continue all their current programs.	Crawford County Fair Crawford County Fair received a $2,000 grant for help with a facelift on the Exhibit Hall.
